Signing an MoU with the University of Sulaymaniyah:
As part of SCHWLAR’s mission & commitment to scientific approach toward Iraqi, Arab and international universities, the Foundation signed scientific memorandum of understanding with Sulaymaniyah State University in Kurdistan region of Iraq on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at the university’s presidency, represented by Professor Dr. Kawa Jamal Rashid, Assistant President of Sulaymaniyah University Administrative Affairs and Professor Prof. Dr. Murad H. Al-Abdullah, Executive Director of SCHWLAR Foundation, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Hama Rahim Fattah. Responsible for the coordination center between the university and community, Dr. Shilan Fathi from the College of Languages, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Rahmani, SCHWLAR Deputy Director of Administrative Affairs, and Dr. Othman Al-Attiyah, SCHWLAR Deputy Director of Logistics Affairs.
The two parties discussed ways of scientific cooperation through developing a future work plan and discussing an active cooperation mechanism.
It is worth noting that the University of Sulaymaniyah is a public university that was established in 1968 and includes approximately 22 faculties and research centers.
