The Governor of Istanbul welcomed (SCHWLAR) Scholar Worldwide Foundation team at the his Palace located in the center of the old city of Istanbul. The Governor admired the efforts made by SCHWLAR’s team as Dr. Elker Ozcelk, the Foundation’s representative in Turkey, explained the Foundation’s framework and its scientific and academic mission during the last period extending from 2019. Upon holding the 8th international conference, the governor appreciated the role of the team, expressing his admiration for the work of the institution as it includes an elite group of professionals and researchers embraced by the Republic of Turkey.
