This conference aims to highlight the latest legal developments and to anticipate the future of legislation in light of digitalization and globalization. It also seeks to provide an academic platform that brings together legal experts and practitioners from various countries around the world to promote legal dialogue and exchange expertise.

The conference was held on 8–9 October 2025 at Gulf College in Hafar Al-Batin, with both in-person and remote participation, and featured the participation of a distinguished group of legal researchers and experts.

This conference comes within the framework of enhancing academic and research cooperation among international legal institutions, as well as developing innovative legislative solutions that are aligned with current legal challenges and future visions of justice, in accordance with Saudi Vision 2030.
