Basra’ Child Orchestra: A training workshop in collaboration with Akdeniz University- Antalya
Held as a part of the 3rd International research conference on Humanities & Social Sciences RCSH-21, Scholar Worldwide organized a workshop for the promising musicians of Basra’s Child Orchestra. The training was provided by the Music Department at the Faculty of Education at Akdeniz University in Antalya – Turkey
Under the direct patronage of the Governor of Basra, Engineer Asaad Al-Eidani, and with the assistance of Mr. Mehmet Arman Ozkun, the Turkish General Consul in Basra.
Such a workshop aims to develop the skills the children’s orchestra members through collaborative blend between the Iraqi and Turkish musical experiences.
