A faculty member at the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait, She holds a Ph.D. in the Philosophy of Educational Leadership from the University of Jordan (Amman, Jordan), a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Al al-Bayt University (Mafraq, Jordan), and a Bachelor’s degree in Education – Arabic Language from Kuwait University (Kuwait).
She is a Certified International Trainer in Human Development, and an Internationally Certified Peer Educator in Life Skills for Drug Prevention, accredited by the Public Authority for Youth and Sports and Grass Youth Empowerment Initiative in Kuwait, in collaboration with Mentor Arabia.
She served as Deputy Head of the Educational Committee in the Women’s Labor Council at the Jahra Social Security Center in Al-Jahra Governorate, Kuwait, and worked as a faculty member at the Sabah Al-Ahmad Center for Giftedness and Creativity, affiliated with the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences.
She was also an active member of the Leadership Training Team at the Kuwaiti Association for Human Resource Development, and a contributor to the consulting and training team at Kanooz wa Ramoouz Center in Kuwait.
Dr. Raheeq has delivered numerous voluntary training programs and activities in the field of professional and human development across Kuwait.
She has participated in many scientific conferences in Kuwait and Jordan, where she presented academic papers. Additionally, she has published educational research and scholarly articles in peer-reviewed academic journals across the Arab world, and contributed to publications indexed in Scopus under categories Q1 to Q4.
