Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ulviyya Huseynova is a distinguished specialist in the field of Arabic language and literature. For many years, she has been actively teaching Arabic at prominent universities in Azerbaijan, including the Azerbaijan University of Languages, Baku Eurasian University, and ADA University. She also teaches Arabic to diplomats at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In addition, she has served as the Head of the Department of Translation and as Vice-Rector for International Relations and Educational Affairs at Baku Eurasian University. She has played a pivotal role in helping hundreds of students acquire proficiency in Arabic and in shaping their academic and linguistic outlook.
Dr. Huseynova is also actively engaged in international academic collaboration. She serves as the Scientific Director of the Saudi Arabia Center, the official representative office in Azerbaijan of the King Salman Global Academy for the Arabic Language under the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, she is the Director of the Sheikh Zayed Center, established in Azerbaijan by the United Arab Emirates. Through these leadership roles, she has made significant contributions to the promotion and dissemination of Arabic language and culture in her country.
She is the author of several scholarly books and academic articles. Her research interests primarily focus on Arabic language, literature, lexicology, and language teaching methodologies. Additionally, she has participated in numerous international conferences, further contributing to the global academic discourse in her field.
