Leadership Skills for Educational institutes
Scholar worldwide institution for Culture, Arts and Sciences (Schwlar) had been held in collaboration with the International Academy for Building Capacity (IABC) a training workshop in Beirut-Lebanon for the period 21-26/09/2019, which entitled “The Leadership of Contemporary Educational Institutions”.
The program included theoretical and practical training exercise, last for 18 hours of training divided into 3 days, 6 hours a day. At the end of the course, the trainees received an international certificate approved by the two Institutions- Schwlar and IABC.
The workshop was attended by a group of schools principals, departments’ directors from the Education Directorate in Basra, and in addition to participation a number of universities tutors from Basra and Baghdad.
It is worth to mention that this workshop is a beginning of cooperation with the International Academy for Building Capacity (IABC) and will be followed by specialized training workshops on topics to be announced later.
