He is an Assistant Professor of Education at Sharkia University, an Assistant Director of Human Resources Development – Diwan of Royal Court – and a retired Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Dispatch Platform for Researchers and Academics. He has been the Educational Adviser at the Arab Agency for Public Relations in the Arab Republic of Egypt, Vice Chairman of the Educational Forum Committee since 2013, and Chairman of the Scientific Committee for Forums Since 2015, as well as a member of the scientific committee in many international conferences, and a founding member of the Azki State Cultural Complex. He participated in a wide variety of research projects with UNESCO and supervised students’ Masters and PHD dissertations. He has a significant presence in many conferences and scientific symposia as well as many administrative roles in scientific committees in the Arab and European world
