Quality of health services in light of technological development and their impact on patients 'satisfaction

Abstract

The objective of this study is to explore the effect of the dimensions of the quality of health services in the light of technological development on the satisfaction of patients in the health sector by being applied to patients of private hospitals and the seal hospital has been selected to study the situation. The researcher has adopted the historical approach in case study, and the analytical, and Historical Beam Software (SPSS) approach was adopted to analyze the data. The questionnaire has been used as a tool for collecting information related to the study and has been distributed to patients and auditors with the HSPSS hospital, and the study has met the existence of a relevance indication between the dimensions of the Quality of Health Services and the Technological Development. The study has concluded that there is a meaningful relationship between each dimension of the quality of Health Services (Tangible, Reliability, Response, Assertion, Safety) and satisfaction of patients, and the study recommended to continue the development and update of devices and equipment based on technical receivables in the world. And continuing to develop and update information and communication systems and develop a hospital medical site specific to the records of patients so that the patient is able to reach his/her medical information anywhere in the world by communicating with the hospital as well as training the staff on the skill of symmetrizing with the patients and proved to be impaired in achieving the satisfaction of patients as well as attempting to enter hospital expert systems to take advantage of expert experiences around the world.
