Successful aging in the elderly

Abstract

The current research aims to identify: (successful aging among the elderly in the role of the state) To achieve the goal of the research، the researcher used the descriptive research method، and the current research community is determined by the elderly category in the role of the state affiliated to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Simple، and to achieve the objectives of the current research، the researcher built a scale (successful aging in the elderly) ، and its psychometric properties (honesty and stability) were verified. educational psychology، measurement and evaluation As the percentage of agreement reached (80%) ، and thus the apparent honesty was achieved. As for the stability، it was calculated in two ways: the re-test and reached (0.82) and the Alpha Cronbach method and reached (0.85). independent، Pearson's correlation coefficient، Alpha Cronbach) and in the light of this result، the research came out with a number of recommendations and proposals.
