Abstract
Considering sustainability issues in corporate operations and business decision-making is a critical and major issue in order to achieve sustainable business. As a result of increasing pressure from the market and society, business organizations’ interest in working in a sustainable manner has increased in recent years as they are one of the largest actors in society, as the task is no longer limited to these companies must not only maximize profits, but also bear their social responsibility towards all stakeholders. Therefore, it has become a mandatory requirement for these companies to strengthen work ethics and social responsibility programs in their various operations and production activities. Therefore, this study comes to identify the reality of applying the environmental management system. And to know the extent of practicing corporate social responsibility (economic responsibility, moral responsibility, environmental responsibility) in the Arab Potash Company from the point of view of its employees, in addition to identifying the impact of applying the environmental management system on the practice of corporate social responsibility. The study relied in its approach on the descriptive and analytical approach, a questionnaire for data collection, and based on the analysis of the data, results and recommendations will be provided.
