Abstract

The topic of environmental protection occupies a prominent place among various human activities, this topic has enhanced interest in this activity at all international, regional and local levels. As well, the topic of protecting the environment from pollution has imposed itself in global regional and local debates in a remarkable manner during the twentieth century, as the multiple environmental problems and the resulting real threats to humans, animals and plants are a cause of concern for everyone.
