Abstract
The current study aims to examine the nature of the relationship between knowledge accumulation strategies and green social behavior, with a focus on the moderating role of green knowledge sharing.
Design/Methodology/Approach: A qualitative approach was employed. Data were collected through 10 interviews with nursing staff at Basra Teaching Hospital and analyzed using Creswell’s (2014) framework with the assistance of the MAXQDA 20 software.
Results: The findings indicate that green knowledge sharing significantly moderates the relationship between knowledge accumulation strategies and green social behavior, highlighting its influential role in enhancing environmentally responsible practices.
Limitations: Some data were not accessible due to a lack of cooperation from certain departments and members of the research community.
