This qualitative study aims to understand the impact of artificial intelligence on recruitment practices across various sectors. In-depth interviews were conducted with 30 participants, including decision-makers and hiring managers from diverse companies. The findings revealed that AI is gradually permeating recruitment processes, being used for resume screening and candidate analysis. Participants perceived this technology as contributing to increased efficiency and reduced personal biases. However, they also highlighted challenges related to transparency, ethics, and the need for new skills in the workforce. The study recommends developing AI solutions tailored to local recruitment needs, with a focus on transparency and accountability. It also emphasizes the importance of investing in human resources training and developing clear regulatory policies governing the use of AI in recruitment.
