Abstract

This study dealt with the concept of administrative planning، its importance and characteristics، while showing its impact on the performance of institutions in general and applied to the Gulf colleges in particular، with the Al-Khaleej Al-Beatain Drilling Drilling. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach، and for analytical data and information analysis statistically، the researcher used the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program to assess the impact of administrative planning on the institutional performance of the Gulf University in Al-Baten Drilling


The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach of the most important Arabic and foreign references to the study literature، the case study method and the survey method by designing the questionnaire and then distributing it to the sample of the study.


In order to achieve the objective of the study، the researcher designed a survey based on scientific steps to be used in the collection of data related to the study، he selected a sample of 40 individuals.


The problem with the study title was the impact of administrative planning on the institutional performance in the Gulf colleges. The researcher chose the main hypothesis، which is the effect of administrative planning on the institutional performance at the Gulf University in Hafr Al-Baten


The main objective of this study is to identify the impact of administrative planning on the institutional performance of the College of the Gulf in Hafr al-Batin in Saudi Arabia.


One of the findings of the study is the need to promote clarity of goals The college must work to set clear and measurable goals، and make sure all workers and students are aware of them. Develop effective policies Policies should be reviewed and updated periodically to ensure their effectiveness، appropriateness to variables، and their fair and transparent application. Establish regulations Clear and structured rules covering all aspects of the work in the College must be established and strictly and fairly applied.
