Role of human resources management in evaluating staff performance (Case study: Extra)

Abstract
The objective of this research is to identify the level of performance of Extra's employees, to highlight the importance of the human resources management function in Extra's company, and to identify the most important factors affecting the level of performance of company employees, and this research was conducted in a sample of 50 Extra employees, using a 20-paragraph resolution covering four areas (recruitment, motivation, training, and staff performance), and using the analytical descriptive approach, It is considered one of the most commonly used methods in the study of social and human phenomena as the descriptive approach serves both as a tool and a methodology." for analyzing and describing the importance of human resources management to the performance of Extra employees. The researcher tested several of the many hypotheses and main hypotheses, namely the role of human resources management through (recruitment, motivation, training, and staff performance), lead to high performance and the (quality of the work performed (quality assessment). commitment, amount of work done, job satisfaction) at Extra Company, and the researcher reached a number of results. The most prominent of these is that there is a positive role for human resources management techniques, which contributes to an acceptable level of performance among the workers of Extra Company.
Among the most important research recommendations: to increase interest in the art of business, the spirit of cooperation, and good human relationships within the company, to adopt positive motivation and motivations for work leading to higher performance of the employee at work.
