The impact of Internal Coalitions in Achieving Institutional Excellence Applied to the Saudi health sector

Abstract
The research seeks to investigate the impact of internal coalitions in achieving institutional excellence, while measuring the level of awareness of employees of the dimensions of internal coalitions according to demographic factors (personal and organizational), then determining the level of awareness of employees of the dimensions of institutional excellence, in addition to measuring the direct and indirect impact of the dimensions of the impact of internal coalitions in achieving institutional excellence in the Will and Mental Health Complex in Dammam, by selecting a random stratified sample of employees from (senior - middle - executive management) amounting to (285) individuals. The study found that there are significant differences in employees' awareness of the concept of internal coalitions according to personal and organizational factors, as well as significant differences in employees' awareness of the concept of institutional excellence according to personal and organizational factors, and finally there is a significant impact of applying internal coalitions in achieving institutional excellence in the Will and Mental Health Complex in Dammam, the subject of the study.
