Abstract

The research aims to evaluate the impact of positive psychological capital on organizational resourcefulness in the health centers in Hafar Al-Batin, through a sample of a comprehensive inventory of all employees whose number was estimated at (220) working in (13) health centers in Hafar Al-Batin, and reached the following results: The existence of a statistically significant effect of positive psychological capital with its dimensions (confidence, optimism, hope, flexibility) on organizational resourcefulness with its indicators (resourcefulness of exploring new opportunities, resourcefulness the optimal investment of opportunities)
