The Effect of Work Fun on Organizational Ambidexterity A Field Study on health Centers in Hafar Al-Batin

Abstract
The research seeks to identify the effect of workplace fun on organizational prowess in health centers in Hafar Al-Batin, through a comprehensive census sample of all employees, whose number was estimated at (220) working in (13) health centers in Hafar Al-Batin. It reached the following results: There is a statistically significant effect of workplace fun in its dimensions represented by (management support, recreational activities, social communication) on organizational prowess with its indicators (prowess in exploring new opportunities, prowess in optimal investment of opportunities).
