Abstract
The study explores the importance of creative thinking as an essential skill for university students in the context of globalization, where they face multiple obstacles including psychological, social, and organizational aspects. The study aims to investigate these obstacles from the perspective of students and faculty members at the University of Sulaimaniyah. The sample included 200 students and 50 professors, using a descriptive survey method with a questionnaire consisting of 20 items distributed across four dimensions of obstacles: educational, university environment, faculty, and students.
