The governance system ensures more supervision, control and regulation to reduce corruption and its negative effects on all aspects of society. The importance of the research stems from the negative effects of administrative corruption in general and in the public sector in particular that lead to wasting the value of the law, loss of rights, and the lack of integration of state agencies in performing their tasks properly, which required the emergence of governance mechanisms as a system to eliminate manifestations of administrative corruption.
