Visual Management and Its Role in Improving Hospital Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to learn about the impact of visual management on performance by applying to Khartoum Educational Hospital. The researcher adopted the historical descriptive approach in the case study, adopted the conceptual analytical methodology and the SPSS data analysis program, questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information on the study and was distributed to staff at Hospital. study assumed a statistically significant relationship between the visual management and performance components, study found a statistically significant correlation between each element of visual management and performance, as well as the importance of clarity of vision and strategic plans in guiding operations, communication, information exchange and transparency in improving hospital performance, study recommended that attention should be given to the application of visual management strategies and focus on building strong relationships with clients and beneficiaries, taking advantage of modern technology and promoting initiatives and innovations, and that attention should be given to leadership development, empowerment of decision makers and creative problem-solving.
