So, the researcher paved the way for the research with the study of the legal purposes of money, and he defined religion and its virtues, then he explained the calamities throughout history and the extent of their impact on money, and he clarified with other demands the sayings of the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i, Hanbali, Dhahiri, positive law, and clarified the demands of other types of money and the most likely for the fatwa. Then the paper states the results, recommendations, the index, then the references.
