The Challenges of Implementing Public International Law under Digital Globalization

Abstract
Digital globalization represents a profound transformation in the international system, affecting core principles of public international law such as sovereignty, non-intervention, and human rights. The rapid technological advancement has created new legal challenges, most notably the inadequacy of traditional rules to address digital developments. This study aims to examine the capacity of public international law to confront these challenges and to propose modern mechanisms to enhance its effectiveness in the digital environment. By using analytical discourse, the study highlights the analysis of the international environment, moreover, the comparative discourse to evaluate in what way organizations and states deal with these challenges.
