Main Article Content
Abstract
The current research aims to identify the importance of using artificial intelligence technology in the field of learning and school education. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative approach through an open-ended questionnaire، which was completed by (10) teachers who use artificial intelligence technologies in public schools within the Third Rusafa Education Directorate. The research reached several results، perhaps the most important of which is that artificial intelligence technologies have been used in several areas: (content presentation، teaching methods، assessment، teacher، communication، and student). It also showed that content presentation adds an element of suspense to the presentation material and simplifies the educational content. In the field of teaching methods، artificial intelligence contributes to creating an interactive environment between teacher and student and provides attractive learning methods for students. In the field of assessment، artificial intelligence technologies have contributed to saving time and effort while achieving objectivity and accuracy. In the field of communication، artificial intelligence technologies have facilitated the method of personal response and follow-up. In the field of teachers، smart technologies have contributed to managing the teaching and learning process by providing references and resources and analyzing student data. In the field of students، smart technologies have contributed to meeting students' individual requirements، in addition to improve the learning process and build outcomes، the researcher also made several recommendations، most notably the Ministry of Education providing a virtual training platform that includes workshops and programs explaining how to use artificial intelligence technologies in school teaching and learning.
