Abstract

Banks, in the present times, carry out very wide operations, which are called operations banking or banking activities it deals with different channels of people and given the important role played by banks in the commercial and economic life of the country to note the presence banking provisions and laws to regulate the work and activities of banks. It is self-evident banks are conducting their activities with various segments of society at home and abroad

In view of the multiplicity and diversity of these activities، it is categorically conceivable that there are errors demonstrated by those banks. Moreover, it is known that responsibility has three pillars، to be briefly specified in this research, is the simple banking error within the scope of civil liability, without touching the other corners in civil responsibility، but focus on the error corner only.
