Abstract
The research seeks to identify Organizational Ambidexterity and its impact on job happiness in the Saudi health sector. The descriptive and analytical approach was relied upon, by selecting a simple random sample from the researched population.
The research found a statistically significant effect of Organizational Ambidexterity on achieving job happiness represented by its dimensions (achievement, health status, self-esteem).
